Murder: Adam Glennon Green Bay WI Obituary, Home Builder At Haverkorn Construction Killed In A Fatal Stabbing

Murder: Adam Glennon Green Bay WI Obituary, Death, Stabbing: With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Adam James Glennon, 41, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, who departed this world far too soon on April 14, 2025. Adam was a beloved son, devoted father, loyal friend, and compassionate soul whose presence brought light to those fortunate enough to know him.

Born on July 8, 1983, Adam was the cherished son of Tom Glennon and Diane (Sloan) Steffen, and the beloved stepson of Phil Steffen. Raised in a close-knit family, Adam grew up with a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life. He graduated from Bay Port High School in Suamico in 2000, where his humor, warmth, and easygoing nature made him a favorite among classmates and teachers alike. Adam’s heart belonged to the outdoors. No matter the season, you could find him outside—whether it was fishing on a quiet lake at dawn, ice fishing with friends on a frosty afternoon, or exploring the woods on camping trips with his children.

Nature was not just a hobby for Adam; it was his sanctuary. He found peace in casting a line, telling stories around a fire, and watching the stars above the campsite while teaching Connor and Gianna the same love for the outdoors that shaped his own life. His children were the center of his universe. As a father, Adam was patient, playful, and endlessly loving. Whether he was teaching them how to bait a hook, cheering from the sidelines, or curling up for movie nights, he created a home filled with laughter, learning, and warmth. The memories they built together—full of love, adventure, and quiet moments of connection—will live on in Connor and Gianna’s hearts forever.

Adam found fulfillment in his work as a home builder, where he brought dedication, craftsmanship, and pride to every project he touched. In recent years, he was a valued member of the team at Haverkorn Construction, where his colleagues admired his strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. He loved building—both in his career and in the way he helped build the lives and happiness of others around him.

Family was everything to Adam. He is survived by his loving parents, Diane (Phil) Steffen and Tom Glennon (Sally), and his children, Connor and Gianna Glennon, who were his pride and joy. Also left to cherish his memory are his children’s mother, Kayla, and his step-siblings: Patrick Steffen, Caleb, Gabriel, and Brogan Glennon, and Hannah (Joey) Diver. Adam was a dear grandson to Patrick and Diane Steffen, and James Sloan, and a treasured nephew to many aunts and uncles including Brian (Mari) Steffen, Julie (Patrick) Daugherty, Mark (Judy) Steffen, Jeff (Jill) Steffen, Craig (Lisa) Steffen, Christopher (Kristin) Steffen, Peter Glennon, Gary (Sandy) Glennon, John (June) Glennon, and Cathy (Lee) Gostomski. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and friends who will miss his spirit, his stories, and his warm smile.

Adam was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Judith Sloan, his paternal grandparents Ben and Dorothy Glennon, and his beloved aunt, Nancy Sexton. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy of love, kindness, and quiet strength endures in the lives he touched. Those who knew Adam will remember his sharp wit, his unwavering loyalty, and the joy he brought to every conversation. He had a unique gift for making others feel seen and heard. Whether you shared a fishing boat, a beer, or just a quiet talk, Adam made you feel like the most important person in the world.

A memorial service celebrating Adam’s life will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, at Malcore Funeral Home (East), located at 701 N Baird St, Green Bay, WI 54302. Visitation will begin at 4:00 PM and continue until the time of the prayer service at 6:00 PM. All who loved Adam are welcome to attend and share memories of this extraordinary man.

In lieu of flowers, the family has established a GoFundMe page to support the future college education of Connor and Gianna, ensuring that Adam’s greatest dream—to provide for his children—continues to be fulfilled.

Adam Glennon will be remembered as a man of heart and humility. He lived simply but richly, guided by love, compassion, and an appreciation for life’s small blessings. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his spirit lives on in the laughter of his children, the stories told around campfires, and the ripples he left in the lives of everyone he met. Rest in peace, Adam. Your memory is a blessing and your love a legacy that will never fade.
